Uufie /Ryerson School of Interior Design | Room 204

Enclosed within a vacant room, a temporary installation at Gladstone Hotel will explore deceptive and limitless in its arrangement of tactile space. 'Breath' takes the idea of bringing new dimensions to design exhibit to support a range of possible interactions between both individuals and groups of people. At once simple and airy, the installation creates a dialogue about making and designing and the flow of time in space, like an instance of a breath.

UUfie is an architecture and design practice currently based in Toronto. In a collaborative effort with Catherine Farrell, Nisha Sewell (Ryerson School of Interior Design) and Katherine Porter (Rhode Island School of Design, Alum 2015), UUfie (Akira Horiuchi, Irene Gardpoit, Eiri Ota) will be bringing new explorations to Come up to my Room.
